This policy covers all delivery services for YARDLUME outdoor lighting sold on yardlume.shop.
  1. Shipping Coverage

    We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Shipping rates vary based on destination, package weight and order total.
  2. Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri 9:00-18:00 MST). We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays.
  3. Delivery Timeline

    Standard shipping takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, local logistics or uncontrollable transit issues.
  4. Customs & Import Fees

    Buyers are fully responsible for all local customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by your country’s border authorities. We do not cover these charges.
  5. Shipping Errors

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If items are lost due to incorrect address information you provided, reshipment costs will be borne by you. Contact us at admin@yardlume.shop within 3 days if your tracking shows damaged or missing packages.
