    You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products, clearance items, and products marked as “final sale.”
  3. Return Process
    Contact us at admin@yardlume.shop within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our team. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
  4. Refund Details
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  5. Exchanges

  6. Damaged or Defective Items
